The Movement Academy

Youth Athletic Development · Ages 10–17

About the Program

Youth sport opportunities have exploded over the past few years — and with that, the increase of youth injuries, both physical and mental. At The Movement Academy, athletes learn correct movement patterns focused on keeping them healthy, safe, and confident.

Over two half-days, athletes learn proper techniques for running, jumping, landing, changing direction, and building strength — plus the mental skills to handle mistakes and perform with confidence. No experience needed, just come ready to learn.

Foundation Camp

Ages 10–13

Fun, fundamentals, and body awareness through games and challenges.

Foundation Camp

Ages 14–17

Biomechanics, injury prevention science, and performance mindset.

▪ July 1–2
▪ 9am – 12pm

Advanced Camp

Athletes who complete the standard camp are invited to the Advanced Camp — a deeper dive into performance mechanics, sport-specific movement, and mental conditioning.

PREREQUISITE: COMPLETION OF FOUNDATION CAMP OR MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT WITH COACH APPROVAL
