About rEvolve

Built from experience.
Driven by purpose.

rEvolve wasn't created in a boardroom. It was built over years of working alongside injured athletes, overwhelmed parents, and youth whose potential was being cut short — and asking: what if we could prevent this?

Our Mission

To develop the whole athlete — not just the sport.

rEvolve exists to give youth athletes and their families a complete, structured system of support — one that addresses the physical, mental, and educational gaps that currently leave too many athletes behind.

We don't believe in reactive care. We believe in building athletes who are prepared, resilient, and equipped — before injuries happen, before confidence breaks down, before the game stops being worth it.

Integration Over Isolation

Every pillar of development — physical, mental, nutritional — works together inside one system. No more fragmented care.

Structure Over Guesswork

Athletes and families deserve clarity. We provide structured progression, not reactive patchwork solutions.

Proactive Over Reactive

We build injury-resistant, mentally strong athletes before problems arise — not just after they do.

The Whole Family

Parents are one of the most powerful forces in an athlete's development. When families are informed and supported, athletes thrive — on and off the field.

The Founder's Story

Built from the ground up.

Charles Dean III has been around sports his entire life. Growing up playing track, basketball, and tennis, athletics weren't just something he did — they were part of who he was. A shoulder injury in high school changed his trajectory, and instead of stepping away from sports, he found a new way to stay in them: taking care of the athletes who needed it most.

He went on to earn his Bachelor's in Athletic Training at Azusa Pacific University, and got to work — in medical clinics, high schools, and youth camps across the community. He loved the work. Watching athletes recover, get back on the field, and regain their confidence never got old.

But over time, something kept bothering him.

"Even after a full recovery, I'd still see the hesitation. The doubt. The athlete who was physically cleared but mentally still stuck on the sideline."

That gap — between physical recovery and real return to performance — pushed Charles to go back to school. He earned his Master's in Sports Psychology at Cal State Fullerton, working alongside Division I athletics and gaining a much deeper understanding of how the mental side of sport develops in young athletes.

From there he joined Claremont-Mudd-Scripps, working within their athletic program while continuing to run youth camps in the area. Over the years, the same pattern kept showing up: kids bouncing between a trainer here, a rehab specialist there, a mental coach somewhere else — while parents were left trying to piece it all together on their own.

rEvolve is the answer to that. One system, built around the whole athlete — so nothing falls through the cracks.

Our Team

One mission.
Purpose-built expertise.

rEvolve's team was assembled intentionally — each member covering a distinct and essential pillar of the system so no part of your athlete's development is left to chance.

why rEvolve

Everything revolves
around one athlete.

Most youth athletes see a different specialist for every need. At rEvolve, the system is built around the athlete — not around individual services.

No More Fragmentation

Trainer here, rehab there, mental coach online — the fragmented model fails athletes. rEvolve brings every dimension into one coordinated system.

Expert for Every Pillar

Our team brings focused expertise across athletic training, sports psychology, strength & conditioning, and nutrition — not generalists, but dedicated professionals working together within one integrated system.

Parents Are Part of the Plan

Athletes don't develop in isolation. We equip parents with the knowledge and tools to support — not hinder — their athlete's growth.
