About rEvolve

rEvolve is an integrated athletic development system designed for youth athletes and their families. We combine sports medicine, performance training, mental performance, and nutrition into one structured framework — so nothing falls through the cracks. Our programs are led by certified professionals with experience across athletic training, sports psychology, strength & conditioning, and nutrition.
Our programs are designed for youth athletes ages 10–17 and their families. The Movement Academy is for athletes who want to build proper movement foundations, reduce injury risk, and develop mental performance skills. The Parent Playbook is for parents who want expert guidance on supporting their athlete's development, health, and future opportunities.
All programs are held at Roberts Pavilion, Claremont McKenna College, located at 690 N. Mills Ave, Claremont, CA.
Yes — parking is available on campus at Claremont McKenna College. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to allow time to park and get your athlete checked in before the session begins.

Camp Questions

No experience needed — just come ready to learn. The Foundation Camp is designed for any athlete ages 10–17 regardless of sport or experience level. We start from the ground up with fundamental movement patterns that benefit every athlete.
The Foundation Camp covers the core fundamentals — proper running, jumping, landing, change of direction, strength basics, and mental performance skills. It is open to all athletes with no prerequisites.

The Advanced Camp is a deeper dive into performance mechanics, sport-specific movement, and mental conditioning. It is designed for athletes who have already completed the Foundation Camp or received coach approval through a movement assessment.
Prerequisite for Advanced Camp: Completion of Foundation Camp or movement assessment with coach approval.
Having an injury does not automatically disqualify your athlete from participating — we just want to know ahead of time so we can be prepared and make appropriate modifications. Please disclose any current injuries or health conditions on the waiver form after registering. If you have specific concerns, reach out to us directly at info@revolvesmp.com.
  • Athletic clothing appropriate for physical activity
  • Sneakers or athletic shoes — no open-toed shoes
  • Water bottle — stay hydrated, especially in summer heat
  • A light snack if needed between sessions
  • A positive attitude and readiness to learn
We recommend a light, balanced meal 1.5–2 hours before camp — something with carbohydrates for energy and a small amount of protein. Avoid heavy or greasy foods right before physical activity. Don't come on an empty stomach but don't overeat either. Hydration the night before and morning of is just as important as the meal itself.
Yes — water will be available, but we strongly encourage athletes to bring their own water bottle. Claremont summers are hot and staying hydrated throughout the session is important for both performance and safety.
Sessions begin at 9:00 AM. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and to get your athlete settled before we start.
Yes — a family rate of $500 is available for 2 athletes registering for the same Foundation Camp session. Contact us at info@revolvesmp.com before registering to take advantage of this rate.
Both days of the camp build on each other and are designed to be attended together. If your athlete misses a day due to an emergency, please contact us directly at info@revolvesmp.com and we will do our best to work with you.
Yes — each camp is limited to 30 athletes. If a session fills up, email us at info@revolvesmp.com to be added to the waitlist. We will contact you immediately if a spot opens up.
